Painting
Special anti-abrasion paint with 3 coats:
- 1st coat => The first layer uses epoxy zinc-rich primer. (with a dry thickness of 60 microns) because it has excellent adhesion.
- 2nd coat => The second layer uses epoxy micaceous iron oxide intermediate paint. Dry thickness 100 microns.
- 3rd coat => The third layer uses polyurethane topcoat. – Signal Yellow RAL 1003. Dry thickness 80 microns.
