Testing
Before delivery, our Marine Telescopic Knuckle Cranes undergo no-load, load, and overload tests, and can only be delivered ex-factory upon passing all tests. The test standards are as follows: In accordance with the design plan and CCS standard:
Slewing mechanism: Smooth left-right slewing operation;
Hoisting mechanism: Stable lifting and lowering movements;
Boom telescoping: Uniform and unobstructed extension and retraction;
Boom luffing cylinder: Smooth extension and retraction without oil leakage or other abnormalities.
All test results shall be recorded in the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Report for client review and confirmation.
