Composition and components

The construction of the 30 Ton fixed boom deck crane
Straight arm: Made of high-strength alloy steel, it serves as the main load-bearing structure. It is usually welded either as a single piece or in sections, featuring high strength and rigidity, and is capable of withstanding large lifting weights.
Lifting mechanism: Composed of a motor, brake, reducer, drum, wire rope, etc. The motor supplies power, which drives the drum to rotate through the reducer and controls the retraction and release of the wire rope, enabling the lifting and lowering of goods. The brake is utilized for emergency braking when needed to ensure safety.

Slewing mechanism: Includes a slewing ring and a slewing drive. The slewing ring connects the superstructure and the base of the crane and can bear large axial force, radial force, and overturning moment. The slewing drive device enables the crane to rotate horizontally, allowing the straight arm to rotate within a certain angular range so as to lift goods to different positions.
Base: Usually a steel structural frame, it is fixed to the offshore platform or ship deck by means of bolts or welding, etc., providing a stable supporting foundation for the crane. Various mechanisms and equipment are installed on it.
Electrical control system: It is composed of an operation console, a frequency converter, a PLC controller, sensors, etc. The operator issues commands through the console, and the PLC controller precisely controls the speed and direction of the motor based on the commands and the information fed back by the sensors, thus realizing the precise control of actions such as the crane's lifting and rotation.

Full-unit Transportation

Knock-down Transportation
Our cranes are designed with a modular structure, which can generally be disassembled into multiple units for transportation based on container dimensions. Among these units, oversized components will be directly secured inside containers by lashing, while electrical parts and accessories will be transported in plywood cases.
