AHC60t main winch is a multi-hydraulic motor-driven multi-layer wire rope winding system with active wave compensation function, rated lifting capacity of 60t, wire rope diameter 60~65mm, reel rope groove structure of LEBUS skin, wire rope winding about 12 layers, the effective stroke of 1600m (multi-layer winding reel of the wire rope capacity of about 1750m).

 

There are 2 sets of driving devices installed on both sides of the reel body: 5 sets of hydraulic motors + 5 sets of built-in planetary gearboxes + closed gearboxes (driving pinion + large gear), i.e., a total of 10 sets of hydraulic motors, 10 sets of built-in planetary gearboxes, 2 sets of closed gearboxes (driving pinion + large gear), and 1 LEBUS reel set.

A rope excluder is mounted on the initial rope side of the wire rope to synchronize the control of the rope exit angle (less than 1.50). In addition, the reel is fitted with an angular encoder and travel limit switches for measuring the wire rope linear speed and travel.The base of the AHC 60t main winch is mounted on the crane's supporting platform.

When the crane spreader is working in deep water, the active wave compensation system of the main winch (composed of hydraulic follower system and nitrogen tank) plays a role in reducing the large up and down displacement of the lifted load constantly caused by the swaying of the ship, and the hydraulic control subsystem of the active wave compensation system controls and drives the hydraulic motor to rotate positively and negatively, that is to say, the lifting wire rope is constantly collecting and releasing the rope to ensure that the spreader with the load is basically static in the deep water. The spreader together with the weight is basically stationary near a certain deep water position, and there is only a small amount of up and down displacement movement.
