Mobile harbour cranes (also known as mobile port cranes) are key equipment in port cargo handling operations. They feature strong mobility and high lifting capacity, allowing flexible deployment at different locations within a port to complete the loading and unloading of various types of cargo.
In port, terminal, and coastal operating environments, traditional fixed cranes are often limited by location and operating range, making it difficult to meet the increasingly complex cargo handling demands. Mobile harbour cranes are specifically designed to address these challenges.

Main Components and Working Principles
Hoisting Mechanism: Driven by an electric motor or hydraulic motor, it realizes the lifting and lowering of goods through steel wire ropes and pulley blocks.
Luffing Mechanism: Usually adopting hydraulic cylinders or steel wire rope pulley systems, it changes the elevation angle of the boom to adjust the operating radius and lifting height.
Slewing Mechanism: Enables the upper part of the crane to rotate 360 degrees relative to the lower chassis, facilitating cargo loading and unloading in different directions.
Traveling Mechanism: The tire-type traveling mechanism generally consists of driving wheels, driven wheels, tires and suspension devices, realizing the movement of the crane.

Assembly Site
Two 80-ton Mobile Harbour Cranes are currently under installation.

Application
Mobile harbour cranes are not merely simple equipment replacements, but optimizations and upgrades to traditional port operation modes. They represent a flexible, economical, and environmentally friendly modern logistics solution, making them an ideal choice for small and medium-sized ports, multi-purpose terminals, and temporary operation sites.

Main Application Scenarios:
• Loading and unloading of general cargo and containers at ports
• Coastal engineering construction
• Ship supplies replenishment
• Emergency relief materials transfer
