Hydraulic grab buckets are frequently used in our production and daily life. Hydraulic grab bucket plays an important role in industrial production. Hydraulic grab bucket can replace human labor for grasping and handling, which can be said to be very useful. In summer, with high temperatures and heat, hydraulic grab buckets are prone to malfunction. Today, let's take a look at the causes of high temperature malfunctions in hydraulic grab buckets.
The hydraulic system of the hydraulic grab bucket is overheating. Hydraulic system overheating, pressure overload overflow, internal leakage, etc. Specifically, there is internal leakage in the hydraulic grab pump valve motor, causing the overflow action of the opening and closing bucket to generate heat, and mechanical friction to generate heat, among which the heat is generated by the winch system. Especially the descent of the action is the most obvious. The existing hydraulic grab hoist braking systems all use back pressure throttling to control the falling speed. When the bucket body is lowered, the vast majority of energy is converted into heat. That is the main reason for the high temperature of hydraulic oil during deep excavation. The oil temperature cools slowly. The heat dissipation of oil is mainly through the radiator, which needs to be cleaned regularly due to the poor working environment. If necessary, the radiator can be disassembled and cleaned. Cleaning mainly cleans the dust inside the heat sink to ensure smooth air circulation. In addition, if there is a defect in the sponge next to the radiator, it needs to be repaired. Sponge defects will prevent air from passing through the radiator, affecting heat dissipation. Loosening the fan belt and damaging the fan blades will result in low air flow and affect heat dissipation. Internal blockage of the heat sink can also affect heat dissipation. The blockage inside the radiator can be measured through the inlet and outlet ports of the radiator. If the pressure difference is too large, it indicates internal blockage of the radiator. The hydraulic system also has two return check valves, which function similarly to a thermostat. If the check valves fail, it will cause hydraulic oil to return directly to the tank without leaving the radiator.
