Combined with the 5G + AR remote guidance system, engineers can complete precision operations such as bearing preload debugging in the central control room, which is 4 times more efficient than traditional hoisting assembly. To simulate extreme marine working conditions, the factory is equipped with a -40℃ to 60℃ high and low temperature salt spray test chamber. It verifies the corrosion resistance of the whole machine through a 168-hour continuous spray test to ensure the reliable operation of the product in harsh environments such as deep sea and polar regions.
The collaborative operation of this advanced equipment has shortened the production cycle of a single YFM marine crane to 15 days, and the service life of key structural parts has exceeded 20 years. It ranks first in the domestic marine engineering equipment market share. It has become a core supplier of major national projects such as deep-sea wind power and polar scientific expeditions.

Every marine crane YFM produces is built with classification society certification as the core standard. Starting from the selection of high-strength alloy steel, it strictly follows the requirements of various classification societies for material yield strength and low-temperature toughness; in the manufacturing process, the welds realized by automatic welding robots undergo third-party non-destructive testing (UT/MT), and all indicators exceed the certification standards; the final finished products also need to pass the static load test with 150% overload, 125% dynamic load test and 100,000 cycles of fatigue test. All data are uploaded to the classification society database for real-time filing.
