Active Heave Compensation (AHC) technology: It can automatically adjust according to the ship's movement, minimizing the load swing and ensuring precise positioning.
The wave compensation system is composed of active and passive components.
The passive part (pneumatic elastic device) offsets the static load. It includes a passive oil cylinder, an oil-gas separator, a pneumatic pressure control unit, and a cylinder.
The active part offsets the dynamic motion. It includes an active oil cylinder, a hydraulic control unit, a power station, an electrical control unit, and a motion sensor (MRU), which measures the ship's motion.
