The rotating hook is equipped with a variable-frequency motor, enabling fully automatic 360° rotation. There is no need for manual rotation of the goods. • The rated load capacity of the YFM motorized swivel hook ranges from 20 tons to over 60 tons.
• The hook head is made of high-strength structural steel such as Q420qD or 35CrMo, which undergoes quenching and tempering treatment. The hook body is 100% inspected by UT testing and surface magnetic particle testing.
• The pulley is made of Q355B hot-rolled pulley.
• The pulley shaft, nuts, and crossbars are made of corrosion-resistant alloy steel, in accordance with the regulations of GB10051.4-10 and GB6067-85. The surface is smooth, without creases, grooves, or surface defects.
• The hook is designed with a safety factor of 2.5 times, and the load test is conducted with a load of 2 times the rated load. The holding time should not be less than 5 minutes. After unloading, the entire hook does not have residual deformation, cracks, or other defects. For the movable parts, it should be checked whether they can rotate freely.
• The working level of the motorized swivel hook is M5 grade, with an environmental temperature range of -40℃ to +50℃.
• The paint color is black and yellow, and the total dry film thickness of the paint is ≥180um.
