Fixed boom marine crane is a type of marine crane featuring a box-type boom structure with fixed and stiff boom (non-foldable and non-telescopic), which is applied to ships and offshore platforms.

Boom: Adopts high-strength alloy steel box structure, formed by integral/sectional welding, with high structural stability and strong load-bearing capacity.
Hoisting Mechanism: Core components include motor, brake, reducer, drum and steel wire rope. The motor drives drum rotation via the reducer; cargo lifting/lowering is realized by controlling wire rope retraction and release for smooth handling.
Slewing Mechanism: Composed of slewing bearing and slewing drive device. The bearing connects the upper structure and base, withstanding large axial/radial force and overturning moment; the drive device enables 0~360° horizontal rotation of the boom to meet multi-position cargo handling needs.
Base: Steel structure frame, fixed on ship deck/offshore platform by bolting/welding. It is the crane's stable support foundation, with all mechanisms and equipment mounted on it.
Electrical Control System: Consists of console, frequency converter, PLC controller, sensors, etc. The PLC precisely regulates motor speed and direction by combining console commands with real-time sensor feedback, achieving high-precision control of hoisting, slewing and other movements.
Drive Modes: Electric drive and hydraulic drive. Electric drive features stable operation, low noise and high control precision; hydraulic drive has large output force, flexible movement and stepless speed regulation, adapting to different working conditions.
